This workshop is designed to help you reconnect with your body in a way that actually makes sense postpartum. We’ll walk through how your core and pelvic floor are meant to function together, why things may feel off, and how to start rebuilding strength safely and effectively. You’ll leave with simple, practical tools you can use right away—no extreme workouts, no guesswork, just a clear starting point to feel stronger in your everyday life.

Moms anywhere from 0-5 years postpartum who want some simple tools and reliable information about the best way to bring exercise back into their life.

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in and bring any questions, concerns, or thoughts that you’ve had around exercise and the postpartum body.

This is meant to be a supportive, judgment-free space where you can ask questions and talk openly about what you’ve been experiencing in your body. If you’ve had concerns that haven’t been fully addressed—or things you’ve been told are “normal” but don’t feel right—you’re encouraged to bring them. You don’t need to have it all figured out to be here.
