This service is for people who want to maximize their time with a safe, effective training program done from the comfort of their home. I will come to you for a 60 minute, in person consultation. We will spend some time taking a deep dive into your exercise, nutrition and lifestyle history. We will go over injuries, previous workout programs, motivations and habits, how much time you have to dedicate to your program and so much more. I will take a look at your space and equipment, then we will go through a brief movement assessment. I can see how you move and where the best place for us to start is. From there we will schedule your sessions and I will come to you for personalized training to meet your goals.

You don’t need much! I recommend starting with a lighter set of dumbbells, a medium to heavy set of dumbbells, a foam roller and some bands. An open space of at least 10×10 would provide enough room for us to move.

There is no long term commitment. You pay per session. So you can try a few sessions and decide if we’re a good match. I only ask for 24 hours notice when cancelling sessions.
