If you have access to your own gym or equipment and have the confidence to workout on your own, but you want a program that is actually worth your time, this is for you. We will start with a 60 minute Zoom call consultation. I will gather all the information I need on your exercise history, injuries and goals to name a few. We will go through what your workout space looks like and what equipment you have access to. From there we will decide what your time constraints are and how much time you realistically have to dedicate to your program. Then I will design a 4 week program for you in an easy to track template. You will have videos to guide you through each exercise as well as access to me via email for any questions or concerns that may pop up.

Each program is 4 weeks long. We will decide together how many days/week you want to workout and I will create an exercise plan that meets that goal.

Yes-but with purpose. I design your program using progressive overload, which means we gradually increase the challenge over 4 weeks to help you build strength safely and effectively.
Each week, you’ll see small, intentional changes-such as increasing the weight, adjusting the number of sets or reps, or adding new variations of a movement. The foundation of your workouts stays consistent long enough for your body to master the movement patterns, but the progression ensures you continue to get stronger and avoid plateaus.

Included in your program are videos of each exercise with specific cues on how it should properly be performed.

I am always available via email and I respond promptly within 24 hours. You can reach out at any time with questions or concerns. I am here to make adjustments to the program as needed over the 4 week period.

If you enjoyed the workouts and would like to continue with another program that’s great! After the 4-week cycle, we’ll reassess and introduce a new phase with fresh workouts and progressions so that you’re always moving forward.
