Personal Training wherever you are…

Virtual personal training takes advantage of the digital age, connecting you with high quality training via Zoom, wherever you are. You will get the same in-depth attention as any client I see in person. We will start with a 60 minute, Zoom call consultation. We will spend some time taking a deep dive into your exercise, nutrition and lifestyle history. We will go over injuries, previous workout programs, motivations and habits, how much time you have to dedicate to your program and so much more. Then I will guide you through a movement assessment. This is where I can where I identify weaknesses, imbalances and compensations. I can see how you move and where the best place for us to start is.

Your virtual training sessions will be done from my home gym where you will be able to watch full, detailed demos of every exercise. I can guarantee you will be safely guided through every exercise to ensure you are moving with good form and getting the most out of your personalized program. We will get you to your goals, however big or small, and it can all be done from the comfort of your home.

*Virtual training clients will need to have a basic gym set up at home with access to some free weights and space for movement. Other equipment may be recommended depending on your goals.

FAQ’s

  • I recommend starting with a lighter set of dumbbells, a medium to heavy set of dumbbells, a foam roller and some bands. You need at least a 8×8 open space so you have room to move. I will have you position your laptop several feet away so I am able to see you move, provide cues and give you feedback.

  • Each session is 60 minutes.

  • Every person is different in terms of what they can commit to. It all depends on your schedule, budget and goals. I will work with you to find the right balance.

  • There is no long term commitment. You pay per session. So you can try a few sessions and decide if we’re a good match. I only ask for 24 hours notice when cancelling sessions.
